The Moment Co.

By booking with The Moment Co. (“Company”), you (“Client”) agree to the following rental terms:

1. Booking & Payment

  • A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure the event date
  • The remaining balance is due no later than the event date
  • Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services

2. Event Details & Access

  • Client agrees to provide accurate event details including time, location, and point of contact
  • Client must ensure the Company has adequate access to the venue for setup and teardown
  • Setup typically occurs 60–90 minutes prior to the start time unless otherwise agreed

3. Space & Setup Requirements

Client agrees to provide:

  • A safe, level space suitable for equipment setup
  • Protection from weather, including rain, wind, and extreme conditions
  • Access to a reliable power source within reasonable distance

The Company reserves the right to adjust or decline setup if conditions are deemed unsafe.

4. Attendant & Operation

  • A Company attendant will be present to manage the photo booth experience
  • Guests may interact with the booth as intended, but all equipment remains under Company supervision
  • The Company reserves the right to pause or shut down operation if misuse or unsafe behavior occurs

5. Event Timing & Overtime

  • Rental time begins at the scheduled start time, not guest arrival
  • Overtime may be available upon request and is subject to availability and additional fees
  • Delays caused by the Client or venue do not extend rental time

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Retainers are non-refundable
  • Rescheduling requests will be accommodated when possible, but are not guaranteed
  • Cancellations within a short window before the event may result in forfeiture of all payments

7. Venue & Vendor Coordination

  • Client is responsible for coordinating with the venue regarding space, access, and power
  • The Company is not responsible for restrictions imposed by the venue or other vendors

8. Image Delivery & Printing

  • Printed photos are provided on-site based on the package selected
  • Digital images will be delivered within a reasonable timeframe after the event
  • The Company is not responsible for missed photos due to guest participation or event flow

9. Technical Issues

  • While The Moment Co. uses professional-grade equipment, unforeseen technical issues may occur
  • In the rare case of equipment failure, liability is limited to a partial or full refund of services at the Company’s discretion
  • The Company is not liable for consequential damages or missed moments

10. Conduct & Right to Refuse Service

  • The Company reserves the right to refuse service or discontinue operation in the event of:
    • Unsafe conditions
    • Harassment or inappropriate behavior toward staff
    • Misuse of equipment

No refunds will be issued in these situations.

11. Damage & Liability

  • Client agrees to the separate Equipment Responsibility Agreement and accepts full liability for damage, loss, or theft during the event period

12. Limitation of Liability

  • The Company’s total liability is limited to the amount paid for services
  • The Company is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

13. Agreement Acceptance

By proceeding with booking and/or checking the agreement box, Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
